The second in a series of three dinners from Pastry Chefs Steven Cak (parkside & the backspace), Philip Speer (uchi & uchiko), and Plinio Sandalio (The Carillon @ the AT&T Conference Center) with a multi-course tasting menu and wine pairing featuring savory and sweet menu items from each chef.
